Preparation
- Lightly oil cooking surface.
- For the grills with gas, open the lid of the grill before lighting fire, and preheat the grill only five minutes before cooking.
- For the grill with coal, use fire lighter in small quantity to avoid the bad emanations wich could pollute the meat during cooking.
- We suggest you to use lightning wood or natural fire lighters.
- Salt and pepper abundantly your meat to create a crust at the time of cooking.
Cooking
- Cook with the lid of the grill closed, cooking is faster and smoke scents the meat.
- After turning, use the Chief's cooking table as a guide for time. Less time will be needed on the second side. Steaks may cook quickly, so be attentive.
- At the end of the cooking, let melt a knob of butter on the meat and let rest 3 minutes before cutting out so the juice is spread in the meat.
Slow cooking - Another way to enjoy your meat !
1. Seize your meat 2 to 3 minutes on the both sides in a frying pan with an oil suspicion.
2. Place your meat in the furnace, with 75°C during 25 minutes.
3. Taste !
BBQ Ribs Cooking with a grill
- The meat being already cooked, a time of cooking from 8 to 10 minutes (according to the grill) on each side of the ribs is enough to caramelize honey and to heat your meat. Cooking with a furnace
- Place the ribs in the preheated furnace more close possible of the grill, approximately 8 minutes on each side.
Maintenance of your grill
- Use a long metal brush to clean the grill after its use.
- For the grills with gas Webber type, close the lid and make heat to the maximum during 15 minutes.
- Keep your grill covered when it is not used.
