Filet of aged beef, foie gras and truffles mixture, 2 puff pastries, mushrooms, shallots and parsley already chopped
Paste the surface of the Filet with the mashed foie gras and truffles.
Furnish the top of the filet with the mushrooms cold prpeparation.
spread out the puff pastry and coat the Filet.
To decorate add thin straps of puff pastry. Gild with egg.
Cook with Oven at 210 °C (TH 7), 30 to 40 minutes.
