Composition: Smoked superior Icelandic salmon, salt, smoked beech wood.
Elaboration process: Fished at the order, the salmons are prepared according to an ancestral Icelandic recipe while respecting all the strict rules (HACCP). The salmons are emptied, sliced, salted by hand during 24 hours before they are packed and shipped by frigorific transport. This process avoids freezing the product which would risk altering the quality of this Icelandic delicacy.
Additives: none (without salty water injections, colorant and conservatives, no sugar added)
Conservation: Fresh salmon, 30 days maximum in closed packaging, refrigerated max 4°C to preserve.
