We deliver the whole thing,
Filet of aged beef, foie gras and truffles mixture, 2 puff pastries, mushrooms, shallots and parsley already chopped
THE RECEIPT:
Add Sea-salt and pepper from the mill to the Filet. Then cook the entire steak in hot oil 2-3min on each side (just enought to have a slight brown crust ).
Let it cool.
make sweat the chopped shallots in 20 G of butter. Incorporate the chopped mushrooms and evaporate the water, add salt and pepper and the chopped parsley.
Paste the surface of the Filet with the mashed foie gras and truffles.
Furnish the top of the filet with the mushrooms cold prpeparation.
spread out the puff pastry and coat the Filet.
To decorate add thin straps of puff pastry. Gild with egg.
Cook with Oven at 210 °C (TH 7), 30 to 40 minutes.
